Patients travel long distances to undergo surgery with Dr. Funt. We understand that visiting our office for an initial consultation might not always be possible. To address this, we provide the option of virtual consultations with Dr. Funt. To schedule your virtual consultation, we ask that you complete the information form below and include the necessary photographs. Dr. Funt personally reviews this information, and there is no charge for this initial screening process. Due to the high demand for this service, please allow up to 2 business days for the review process.

If the procedure you’re interested in, such as Facelift, Rhinoplasty, Eyelift, Mommy Makeover, and others, suggests that you could be a suitable candidate, our office will reach out to you to arrange the virtual consultation. To secure your virtual consultation slot, payment is required at the time of scheduling, and the same 48-hour cancellation policy as our in-person consultations applies.

Should Dr. Funt determine that the procedure you’ve inquired about might not align with your circumstances, our office will contact you to discuss this further. It’s important to note that in certain cases involving complex or revision surgeries, an in-person consultation might be recommended by Dr. Funt to accurately assess your situation.

Photographs play a vital role in evaluating your suitability for surgery. To ensure effective assessment, please adhere to these guidelines:

  • Optimal lighting is crucial for clear visibility.
  • Choose solid-colored walls as backgrounds for the photos.
  • To enable accurate evaluation, expose the relevant body areas, either by being nude or wearing small underwear or a bikini.
  • Whenever feasible, have someone else take the photos to ensure quality.
  • “Selfies” are not ideal due to issues with lighting, angles, and visibility.
  • Use recent photos that accurately depict your current state.
  • Keep photo titles under 60 characters and photo size under 3MB.
